Periods ending before June 15, 2012 (June 16, 2012 check-out) and beginning on and after September 14, 2011 to year-end: $1250/week
Prime 2012: $1560 week (one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday check-out in most cases). PRIME: Begins on June 16, 2012 and ends on September 14, 2012 (September 15, 2012 check-out). Optional cleaning fee ($80). Rates subject to CHANGE AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION. $130 discount for reservations fully completed by May 15, 2012 for prime time periods. Net rental rate only $1430/week.
Other times: Two day minimums $225/night for non-prime reservations. For 2012Memorial Day Weekend, please call or email for rates.
